The genesis of Kingdom Builders Christian Center started July 19,2011 ,when our senior pastor heard the call of God to organize our ministry, we had our first meeting on august 21,2011 to prepare for ministry ,Pastor Jimmy L. Berdin , Evang. Stacey Berdin ,Rev. Brenton woods and Veteran Leonard Adams was present.

We filed for our article of corporation on august 31, 2011 and 501c3 September 9, 2011 both were granted.

We held our first bible class Tuesday august 23, 2011 at 1824 n Monitor Chicago, IL 60639 in the basement, Pas. Jimmy L. Berdin, Evang. Stacey Berdin, Rev. Woods and Vet. Adams was present.

We purchased property on September 8, 2011 at 1255 s Homan Chicago IL 60623, we have since burned the mortgage on august 26, 2014. We have begun the task of rehabbing property, we expect to be finished soon with God Speed..............

Kingdom Builders Christian Center Outreach and Sunrise Baptist Church are 501C 3 organizations. We are rooted in the trenches of North Lawndale Community in Chicago, IL. We have partnered to have a greater impact in this community in which Sunrise Baptist Church of Chicago have been apart since 1999 and Kingdom Builders Christian Center Outreach since 2011.

We've started several programs for the youth . Summer Program  for youths 5 to 18 yrs old , Praise and Mime Dancing and Keepers of the Village all mentorship programs . we look forward to bringing change to the North Lawndale Community.
